
Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- 2 carrots
- 3 small potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- Water to cover
- S & B golden curry sauce mix
Method
- Fry onion add diced carrots and potatoes, cover with water and simmer for 15 minutes
- Add diced raw chicken cook for another 5 minutes
- Add s&b curry sauce cube and stir, turn off heat for last 5 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.
