
Ingredients
- 200g Brown Rice
- 500g Chicken Schnitzel
- 1 Brown Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 3 Potatoes
- 500ml Chicken Stock
- S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Method
- Cook Brown Rice until al dente
- Pre heat oven to 200C & place in the chicken schnitzels to cook for approx. 25mins
- Roughly chop onion, carrot and potatoes and add into a large saucepan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cook on medium heat for approx. 5 mins
- Add 500mls of chicken stock to the saucepan and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer for approx. 15mins
- Turn off the heat and break in S&B Golden Curry sauce mix cubes and stir until completely melted, approx 5mins.
- Serve over rice with sliced chicken schnitzel
