- 1. add chicken, chilli and I tablespoon of fried shallots into pan and fry for 2 minutes2. add frozen beans and fry for a further 2 minutes3. add curry paste and continue frying4. add the coconut milk and bring the pan to a simmer5. add the palm sugar to sweeten to taste6. serve with Rice and add coriander and fried shallots to garnish7.
