Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 carrot
- 250g tofu
- 750mL water
- S&B Golden Curry mix
Method
- Thinly dice/slice veggies & from for 5mins
- Add water, bring to boil & then simmer for 15mins
- Add curry mix and stir for 5mins until evenly mixed
- Serve over rice
