Ingredients
- Golden curry Japanese curry mix whole packet
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 500ml Water
- Chicken breast
- 1 egg
- Panko bread crumbs
- Cornflour
- Rice 2 cups
- Oil for frying
Method
- Peel and cut vegetables into bite size pieces
- Steam the vegetables in the water
- Cover chicken in corn flour
- Cover chicken in egg
- Crumb chicken in panko bread crumbs
- Wash and cook rice
- Pan fry the chicken until golden brown
- Take the vegetables off steaming
- Mix the curry into the water until thickened
- Stir vegetables into curry
- Cut chicken into strips
- Serve and enjoy
