Ingredients
- Spam
- Mirin
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Yaki nori
- Sesame seeds
- Sushi rice
- Cooking oil
Method
- Cook some sushi rice. While waiting for the rice, cut the spam into cubes.
- To make a sauce, combine mirin, soy sauce and sugar.
- In a small pan, heat some oil. Fry the spam until brown. Put the sauce afterwards until the spam is all covered.
- Put the cooked sushi rice in a container. Put some yaki nori, put the spam then sprinkle the sesame seeds.
