
Ingredients
- 200 gr udon noodles
- 2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp roasted sesame kewpie sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large egg
- kelp noodles
- Pak soy
- topping: chilli, sesam seeds and spring onion
- Broccoli
- green bell pepper
- firm tofu
Method
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over high heat.
- Add garlic, tofu and broccoli. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add paksoi.
- Push everything to one side, crack egg and scramble.
- Mix soya sauce, sugar, kewpie sesam sauce, dark soya sauce and oyster sauce in a small bowl.
- Add noodles and sauce to the wok and stir fry over high heat about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve noodles in big bowl and add sesame seeds, chilli (to taste) and spring onion as topping. Serve immediately. Enjoy !
