Ingredients
- Beef mince, pork mince
- Rice noodle
- Garlic crushed
- Chilli
- Ginger
- Mixed fresh cut vegetables
- Seasame oil
- Stock
- Valcom bamboo shoots & water chestnuts
- Shallots fresh cut and dehydrated
- Curry powder
Method
- Brown off onions, carrots in sesame oil with garlic and chilli.
- Add mince and brown over medium heat.
- Add stock , 1 cup water.
- Add shedded cabbage and soy. simmer for 5 mins.
- Add peas, chestnuts, bamboo shoots.
- Add dry rice noodles
- Cook 3 mins and season.
- Serve in bowls, garnish and enjoy :)
