
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 1/2 cup Sushi Seasoning
- Kewpie Mayonnaise (to taste)
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 6 Cooked prawns
- 6 Yaki Nori Sheets
- 4 Surimi Sticks
- 3 1/2 cups water
Method
- Rinse rice for 30 seconds, transfer to a pot with 3 1/2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer & once all the water has evaporated turn off & stir through sushi seasoning.
- Place a nori sheet (shiny side down) & place rice over the bottom 3/4 of the sheet. Now get those hands dirty & spread it all the way to the edges!
- Place 3 Prawns & slices of Avocado across the sheet, topping with Mayo to your personal liking!
- Wet the top of your nori sheet with your damp fingers & roll it up!
- Continue making your rolls with a combination of your favourite ingredients!
- Cut up & serve!
