Method
- Cut all the 10 types of vegetables, thinly slicing all the ingredients.
- Form all the colourful vegetables into a mighty long dragon.
- Form 'salmon clouds' under the dragon feet. Decorate with peanuts, noodle crackers and sesame seeds.
- Make the sauce with Hoisin sauce, plum sauce, five spices and pepper.
