Ingredients
- 2ts minced fresh garlic
- 1 top minced fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 top sesame oil
- 2 tablespponred curry paste
- I/2cup coconut milk
- 1/2cup water
- 5 cups bok choy
- 20 frozen dumplings
- 3 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 sliced green onion
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Method
- Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red curry paste, coconut milk, water in a pan and stir well.
- Then add dumplings and bok choy and cook for 15mins
- Add parsley, green onions and serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds
