Ingredients
- Red Onion
- Olive oil
- Duck two breast pieces
- Teriyaki marinade
- Hokkien noodles
- Stir fry Chinese vegetables
Method
- Olive oil, chopped onion and duck in frypan
- What duck is Browned chop into pieces
- Teriyaki sauce and garlic and chopped duck in fried pan
- Prepare hokkien noodles in a bowl of hot water, then add to frypan and mix in with the sauce
- Put stirfry vegetables on top and cover with the lid and slowly cook about 10 minutes on low heat
- Then stir in vegetables to the sauce
- Serve when vegetables are cooked to your liking
