Ingredients
- 125 g halloumi
- Half a packet of mixed salad leaves
- 100g of sliced black olives
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- Black pepper to taste
- 100ml Kewpie Roasted Sesame Spicy Flavour Dressing
Method
- Cut halloumi into thin rectangles, then cut the rectangles into squares
- In an oiled pan cook halloumi for 5 minutes or until golden
- Cut cherry tomatoes into halves
- Mix cherry tomatoes, salad leaves, halloumi, black olives, and salad dressing in a bowl.
- Add black pepper to taste and mix once more
