Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked overnight basmati rice
- 4 large eggs
- 3 large spring onions
- 3/4 cups diced bacon pieces
- 3 tablespoons ABC sweet soy sauce
- 1 red chilli
- pinch salt and pinch white pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesami oil
Method
- in a wok add half the vegetable oil and scramble the eggs then set aside for later
- then add remaining vegetable oil , fry up the bacon pieces and half the amount of the sliced spring onions
- then add the cooked rice , salt, pepper , sweet soy sauce and mix well
- finally add in the scrambled eggs the sesame oil then top with spring onions and chilli to garnish
