Ingredients
- Woolworths Cook Chinese BBQ Style Pork (can be substituted for any pre-packed meat/tofu of choice)
- Frozen Bao Buns
- 1 x Packet of kale slaw or slaw mix of choice
- Kewpie Japanese Dressing**
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Smokey BBQ sauce
Method
- Heat pre-packaged meat to instructions on box -Woolworths bbq style pork takes 8minutes in microwave.
- While meat is heating, steam bao buns over boiling water for 8 minutes.
- Once meat is cooked, add Smokey bbq sauce and shred.
- In seperate bowl, prepare kale slaw with dressing if desired.
- Assemble bao buns with meat, slaw and top with Kewpie Sesame Dressing & Kewpie Mayo. ENJOY!
