Ingredients
- Chicken or pork mince 500 grams
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs soy
- 1 egg
- 100 grams Kim chi
- 100 grams shredded cheese
- salt pepper and msg if you like
- Dumpling/ Mandu wrappers
- sesame oil
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- chop up Kim chi into a fine dice
- In a large bowl combine Kim chi, mince, soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cheese, salt and pepper
- on your own or with friends and family put a small amount of mixture in the centre of your wrapper. Wet the edges of your wrappers. Have fun making different shapes. Ensure no mixture escapes the sides and avoid air bubbles.
- Freeze what you like for later or cook to your choosing. Either; steam, deep fry or pan fry.
- Most cooking methods will take 5-7 minutes or 7-12 if cooking from frozen. Angus recommends Pan fry
- Once cooked plate and top with some delicious Kewpie Mayo.
