Easy peasy Chicken schnitzel sushi

Ingredients

• Yaki nori
• Sushi rice
• Chicken schnitzel
• Cucumber
• Mayonnaise

Method

1. Clean sushi rice, then cook rice in rice cooker. Add sushi seasoning when finished.
2. Cook chicken schnitzel and slice
3. Cut up cucumbers into thin strips with no seeds
4. Get yaki nori ready cut in half and get sushi mat ready
5. Add rice to yaki nori and spread out. Add line on mayonnaise, 2 chicken strips and 1 cucumber strip.Roll up with sushi mat and seal with a drop of water.
6. Slice up rolls if you wish and enjoy with soy sauce, wasabi, chilli oil or ginger.
