Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves
- 1 red chili
- 20g oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Self raising flour
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 30g red curry paste
- 165 ml tin of coconut milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease mini muffin tray.
- Put chili, garlic and coriander in Thermomix. Chop for 3 seconds at speed 7.
- Add all remaining ingredients to Thermomix. On turbo setting blitz for 1 second 3 times.
- Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into tray.
- Bake for 15minutes.
