
Ingredients
- 200g sweet potato noodles
- 1tbs sesame oil2tbsp sugar2tbs canola oil2tsp minced garlic 2tbs soy sauce4tbs Japche sauce1/2 brown onion1/2 carrot julienned1/4 capsicum julienned 15g dried shitake mushroom 15g black fungus 15g fresh button mushrooms sliced
- 200g diced beef
Method
- Thinly sliced the beef. Marinate with soy sauce
- Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 8 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain. Mix the noodles in 3tbsp of Japche sauce and minced garlic.
- In a wok heat half of sesame oil and half of canola oil. Fry the beef. Set aside. Fry the mushrooms with soy sauce and sugar. Add the vegetables and onion. Add the ramaing oils and the noodles mixer in the wok. Stir fry for a few minutes with chopsticks. Serve hot with sprinkles of sesame seeds.
