
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts or one block tofu cubed
- 1 tspn sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Kewpie mayo
- Teriyaki sauce
- I packet frozen edamame
- 3 cups sushi rice
- 4 Nori sheets
Method
- Cook your sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Cook your protein, pan fry tofu or chicken in sesame oil.
- Once rice is cooked, add to meal prep containers or bowl, tear up 1 nori sheet on top of the rice, add your protein, sprinkle with edamame, sesame seeds and then top with kewpie mayo and teriyaki sauce.
