Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon of kecap manis
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- Salt and pepper for taste
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1 diced chilli
- 1 cup of mixed diced carrot, peas and corn (frozen veg can be used if preferred)
- 4 beaten large eggs
- 1 egg for sunny side up
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 5 cloves of diced garlic
- 500gram marinated pork shoulder
Method
- In a wok, Heat up the oil in medium heat. Add garlic and chilli, saute until fragrance.On another pan, Heat up oil in medium heat. Add 500gram of marinated pork shoulder into the second pan.
- Add beaten eggs into wok. Add rice into egg mixture and stir them well.Stir the pork on the pan to ensure it does not burn.
- Add peas, carrots and corn into wok and stir well.Once meat is cook through, remove from pan and keep it warm aside.
- Add kecap Mani, soy sauce and fish sauce into the wok. Stir them well.
- Turn heat on wok to high and keep stirring to ensure the dish is not burn.
- Dishes can be serve with a sunny side up egg and spring onions or desired condiments.
