Ingredients
- 3 tbs Oyster sauce
- 3 tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs raw sugar
- 4 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- 2 tbs raw sugar
- 500g Pork and Beef mince
- 4-5 Shallots
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- Sesame oil
- 1/2 Tin Water chestnuts
- Corriander
- 1 x iceberg lettuce
Method
- In bowl mix together 3 tbs Oyster sauce , 3 tbs Soy Sauce and 2 tbs raw sugar. Chop and add water chestnuts. Leave to side to marinate.Put 2-3 teaspoons of my garlic clove and oil in large frying panFry Coles Park and Beef mince. When cooked remove from pan and put to side. Chop zucchini into small cubes Chop 4-5 shallotsGrade 1 x Carrot Add teaspoon garlic to frypan.Fry chopped zucchini, add a few drops Sesame oil. Add carrot, shallots and chopped coriander. Once cooked add mince back into pan with chest nuts and sauce.Serve and add some Corriander on top of dish.Serve with lettuce cups and fill with Sang Choy Bow.
