Ingredients
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 100g Ayam Thai Green Curry Paste
- 2 frozen Snapper Fillets
- 300g Green Beans
- 225g Valcom Bamboo Shoots tin
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1 Tin of Coconut milk
Method
- Heat Oil in saucepan
- while still semi frozen cut fish into 2cm squares and sear in pan
- Add curry paste, beens and bamboo shoots and stir for 10 minutes
- Add Coconut milk, and add sliced up chilli
- Let it come to the boil then bring tempreture down to simmer until everything is cook (15min) Serve with Rice
