- Coconut cream
- Fish sauce
- 200g of chicken thighs
Method
- Roast chicken thighs and shred
- Fry Laksa paste till fragrant add half a tin of coconut cream 200ml of water,stir till simmer add chicken cook till hot add fish sauce and stir
- Add prepared rice noodles heat till hot
