Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 1/2 Avocado
- 100g Microwave Rice
- 1/2 Tomato
- 3tbsp Kewpie Mayo
- 1tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 Wrap (of your choice)
- 2 Shallots or 1/2 an Onion
- 2tbsp Oil (any kind)
Method
- Start by dicing up your shallots into fine pieces. While doing so, heat the oil over medium heat in a large pan
- Once chopped, add your shallots in and simmer for a few minutes until slightly golden brown. While doing so, you can start to cut up your tomatoe and avocado
- Once the shallots are cooked, add your 500g beef mince and mix. Stir every 10 to 20 seconds until the mince is cooked up. While doing so, you can finish cutting up your tomatoe and avocado.
- Once that is finished and the meat is all cooked, add in any kind of seasoning you would like, and stir. Let that simmer and cook into the meat for a few minutes while you prepare your microwave rice.
- Once the rice is ready, add it into the mince and stir. Again, let that sit for a minute and prepare the beginning of your wraps.
- Take the mince mix off the heat, and add all of your ingredients into the wrap, and top off with a generous serving of Kewpie Mayo.
- Once you finish, wrap it up and enjoy!
