Ingredients
- 1 kg pack Battered whiting fillets
- 1/4 small cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 2-3 Tablespoons Kewpie Sriracha Mayonnaise. Extra to serve.
- Cos lettuce
- 10 soft tacos
Method
- Cook whiting according to packet instructions
- Finely slice cabbage
- Grate carrot
- Combine carrot, cabbage and kewpie sriracha mayonnaise in a large bowl. Season with salt to taste.
- Warm tacos according to packet instructions
- Fill tacos with lettuce and slaw. Top with fish. Drizzle with extra kewpie sriracha mayonnaise and enjoy immediately
