Ingredients
- Pumpkin, Pak choy, capsicum
- Shark
- Laksa paste, coconut milk, lime juice, lime leaves, fish sauce
- Noodles, chilli, coriander, bean sprouts
Method
- Simmer laksa paste and veg for 3 minutes then add coconut milk for 5 minutes
- Add cup water, lime juice, fish sauce and lime leaves for 5 minutes
- Add fish for 2 minutes and pinch salt
- Add cooked noodles to bowl and fish laksa. Add condiments of chilli, coriander and bean shoots
