Ingredients
- Green Beans
- Beef and Pork mince
- Red onion
- Olive oil
- ABC Kecap Manis
- Fried Shallots
- Garlic
- Ginger
Method
- Char green beans in wok and remove
- Heat olive oil in wok and fry off chopped red onion till soft and sweet
- Add chopped garlic and ginger and cook through
- Add mince and fry off on high heat till cooked and some mince is crispy - but don't over cook
- Add Kecap Manis to taste and heat through
- Add green beans back in and combine
- Serve with Fried Shallots sprinkled on top
- Can be eaten as is in a bowl or make a more substantial meal and serve over steamed rice.
