- Tsp oil for pan6 seaweed sheets1 cucumber1 carrotTsp soy sauce
- 2 filet of tuna
Method
- Cook sushi riceCook tuna set aside to cool - shallow fry in oil
- Cut all remaining ingredients into match sticks
- Place cooked rice onto seaweed sheets leave 5cm at one end.
- Add all ingredients to one side and roll into circle
- Cut into bite size and dress with soy sauce
