Ingredients
- 8x Rice paper rolls
- 200g bean thread noodles
- 350g cooked prawns
- 100g thinly sliced carrots
- 100g thinly sliced cucumber
- Obento Sushi sushi& and sashimi soy sauce
Method
- Collect your bean sprout noodles and soak them in cold water for 15 minutes or until soft and clear.
- Next, chop you carrot and cucumber into thin slices and prepare them onto a display plate along which your prawns
- Now. Fill a medium sized bowl 3/4 full of cold water.
- Next strain your noodles and place them in a small bowl.Prepare your all your plates and bowls onto the table.
- Soak your rice paper roll in your bowl of water for 60 secs before returning to your plate to fill roll and eat.
