Ingredients
- Chicken thigh fillet burgers
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- Bao buns
- kewpie mayo
Method
- air fry the chicken thigh for 12 minutes on 200C. In the meantime, steam the bao buns for 8 minutes or according to packet instructions.
- Thinly slice carrot and cucumber.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken thigh. assemble steamed bao buns by filling with carrot, cucumber and chicken. top with kewpie mayo and coriander (optional).
