Ingredients
- Day old rice 5 cups
- Diced vegetables (frozen is fine) 3 cups
- Bacon bits 500gms
- Onion x1 diced
- Eggs x 6 whisked
- Soy sauce
- Mirin sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Garlic
- Green onions chopped x 3
Method
- Heat oil in wok then add onion, garlic and bacon. Cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add rice and sauces and cook for 2 minutes.
- Push rice mixture to the side of wok, pour in egg and scramble well before combining with rest of rice.
- Top with green onion and serve.
