Ingredients
- 500g Whole green prawns
- 200g butter, softened at room temp
- 1 bulb garlic, finely chopped
- Half bunch parsley, finely chopped
- Kewpie Mayonnaise, to serve
- Vietnamese dipping sauce, to serve
Method
- Wash and de-vein prawns, thread one prawn onto each skewer
- Mix butter, garlic and parsley until combined
- Using a brush, paint butter mixture onto prawns, then place prawns onto a bbq
- Turn prawns every 2 minutes and continue to brush with the butter mixture until prawns are cooked through
- Once cooked, serve prawns and drizzle with kewpie mayonnaise and Vietnamese dipping sauce
