Ingredients
- Pork mince
- Green beans, carrots, brown onion, garlic, ginger, long red chilli, lime
- Kecap Manis, oyster sauce, soy sauce, water
- Jasmine rice
Method
- Bring water to the boil, cook Jasmine rice for 10-15 minutes
- Slice carrots julienne, trim and halve green beans, thinly slice onion, mince fresh garlic, grate ginger, slice red chilli
- Cook beans and carrots in a drizzle of olive oil for 4 minutes and remove onto a plate
- Fry pork mince with onion, garlic, ginger and chilli until mince cooked
- Add beans and carrots to mince and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, kecap manis and water with a generous squeeze of lime juice, mix until well combined
- Serve ginger pork stir-fry over a bed of Jasmine rice, serve with a wedge of lime
