Ingredients
- Ginger, chilli, spring onion, cooking sake, salt. pepper
- Firm white fish
- Soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut oil
- Julienne carrot, asian veg
Method
- Make parcel in foil of fish pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, cooking sake
- Steam for 12 mins at 200c
- Steam carrots and veg separetely until tender but firm. Thinly slice 5cm ginger, 3 spring onions and 2 chillis
- Open fish parcel. Splash fish with tablespoon each of soy sauce and sesame oil then pour over 2 tablespoons of heated peanut oil
- Serve with vegetables and steamed rice
- Don't forget to take photo before you've eaten half the dish! Sorry!
