Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 8 mushrooms
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 TBS Ginger, chopped
- Spring onion
- 500g beef
- 2 packs sweet potato noodles
- 2 TBS Light soy sauce
- 1 TBS Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 TBS Fish sauce
- 1 TBS Sweet soy sauce
- 1 TBS Sesame oil
- 1/2 TBS Honey
- 1/4 TBS rice wine vinegar
- 1 TBS bicarbonate soda
Method
- Thinly slice beef and place in bowl with bicarb soda and water. Set aside.
- Begin boiling a pot of water for noodles. Fry onion and mushrooms until browned
- Add ginger, garlic and white spring onion
- Once aromatic, remove from pan and place aside
- Drain beef and fry on high heat, at the same time, put noodles into boiling water.
- Drain noodles, and add back to frypan with beef and vegetables.
- Combine light soy, dark soy, sweet soy, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and add 2 TBS of boiling water to combine and dissolve honey.
- Add sauce mixture to fry pan containing, noodles, vegetables, and beef.
- Fry on low heat till all sauce is absorbed by the noodles.
- Serve with green spring onions to garnish.
