Ingredients
- 150g potatoes
- 100g carrot
- 450g chicken
- onion 350g
- 1 tbsp oil
- water 450ml
- s&b golden curry 1 box
Method
- peel and cut up vegetables and chicken
- stir fry meat and vegetables with oil in pot on medium high heat for 5 min
- add water and bring to the boil reduce heat and simmer until ingredients are tender
- turn the heat off add golden curry into the pot and stir till curry combined
- serve with rice or noodle
