
Ingredients
- 150g Tofu
- 100g Carrots
- 200g Onion
- 150g potatoes
- 1L water
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- Golden Curry Mix - Hot
Method
- Dice onions and simmer in a pot over medium heat
- Wash and cook rice per directions
- Cut up potatoes, carrot and cube tofu, add to pot with onions
- Simmer for a few minutes then add water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
- After the potatoes are soft, take the pot off the heat and add golden curry cubes. Stir and dissolve.
- Once dissolved, put the pot back on heat and simmer for 3 minutes
- Serve over rice
