- Weigh rice and water and steam for 20 min; during this time place vinegar, sugar and salt in bowl and stir until all dissolved. Place rice on shallow dish and sprinkle vinegar mix all over. Leave for a few minutes to drain and then move to a fresh shallow dish.. let cool and discharge streaming water;
- Get sushi wraps, place on rotatable board and add ingredients; can add seafood items, chilli, Vegie parts, avocado, Tabasco sauce and other items such as cucumber, prawns, crab meat. Make sure you rub a small amount of olive oil on the inside of the sushi wraps.
- Roll sushi's up, let set in fridge for 15 min
