Ingredients
- 400gm Boneless Chicken Breast
- 120gm Blanched Almonds
- 300gm Green Beans sliced horizontally
- 1 Red Chilli finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 2 cups Green Beans
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Coriander
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Basil
- 1/4 cup Peanut Oil
- 1 Tablespoon OBENTO MIrin Seasoning
Method
- Heat half the oil in a wok Add almonds and stirfry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Heat remainder of oil. Add chicken and stir fry until just changes colour.
- Add Curry Powder and cook out for 1 minute., add chilli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add beans and sauces and cook until beans are JUST tender.
- Add almonds, coriander and basil and stir through until combined
- Serve with Steamed Rice if desired.Enjoy!!!
