Ingredients
- Gyoza paper
- 200g pork mince and
- 100g prawns
- Quarter of a cabbage
- For sauce;Sesame oil,Soy sauce,Sugar, rice vinegar, mirin and Ginger
Method
- Finely dice the cabbage and add to a bowl. Roughy chop the prawns and put in the bowl also add the pork mince to the bowl.
- Mix all together until well combined. Get gyoza paper and make Goyas by pinching the top together with some water
- Arrange gyoza in a pretty pattern in a pan with some vegetable oil. Fry only the bottom until golden brown then add a cornflour and water mix to the pan and put on lid straight away. Cook until there is no more of the cornflour and water mix left in the pan and upend on to a plate.
- For the sauce add sesame oil soy sauce Sugar and ginger together and adjust by taste.
