Ingredients
- 250g thinly sliced beef ox tounge
- 2 bowl of serving rice
- 1 tbs cooking oil
- Marinated sauce
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 tbs cooking sake
- 1/4 tbs granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbs sesame oil
- Garnish
- 1 stalked chopped spring onion
- 1 bird's eye chilly chopped
Method
- Combine all the marinated sauce ingredients in a small bowl
- Add the ox tounge slice into the bowl, marinated for about 30 minutes
- Heat the pan with the oil in a medium heat
- Cook the separate thinly ox tounge until it is cooked (about 2-3 minutes each sides)
- Turn off the heat
- Add the finely chooped chillies and spring onion and mix it
- Serve with warm rice and add more garnish as desired
