- Oysters
- Panko crumbs
- Egg
- Corn flour
- Oil
- Kewpie mayo
Method
- Start heating a shallow pan of oil on medium
- Crumb oysters by dipping in corn flour, then eggwash, then panko crumbs.
- Shallow fry oysters for a couple mins on each side
- Serve with Kewpie mayo
