Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- brown sugar, Sushi vinegar and pink salt
- Garden Cucumber, carrot and Capsicum. Canned Tuna and Kewpie Mayo.
Method
- 3 cups in the rice cooker (don't wash the rice) with four and half cups of water and a squirt of tomato sauce.
- slowly heat together until dissolved - blend with cooked rice and cool.
- Roll up homegrown cucumber, capsicum and carrot with tuna (massaged with Kewpie mayo and tomato sauce); and then wrap them in reliable Obento Yaki Nori! Easy-Peasy-JapanesesY!
