Ingredients
- Tuna
- Yaki nori
- Carrots sliced
- Cucumbers sliced
- Lettuce chopped
- Boiled sushi rice
Method
- Cook the rice
- Shred a can of tuna
- Slice up all the vegetables
- Lay out a sheet of yaki nori
- Lay all ingredients across one end
- Roll like a sandwich, wetting the the so that the yaki nori sticks together
- Place in the fridge for 20 mins before pulling out, cutting up into 3cm width pieces and serve!
