Ingredients
- Packet of Hokkien Noodles
- Packet of Lup Chong Chinese SausageMixed Vegetables - whatever is in the fridge - I used a handful of home grown Beans, 1/2 Capsicum, 4 Mushrooms, 1 garlic clove, 1 small piece of ginger, 3 shallots, chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce & 3 Tbsp Kecap Manis
- Season with pepper and garnish with coriander.
Method
- Prepare the hokkien noodles as per the packet. (Soak in boiling water for 3 minutes).
- Chop garlic, ginger and vegetables to small bite size pieces. Chop chinese sausage into thin slices.
- Add olive oil to wok and stir fry shallots, ginger, garlic and chinese sausage for 5 minutes.
- Add 3 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce & 3 Tbsp Kecap Manis
- Add rest of vegetables and noodles and toss until vegetables and noodles are coated with soy mix. Add pepper if desired and garnish with coriander.
