Ingredients
- 1kg diced Chicken breast or thigh
- Diced shortcut bacon400g
- 3 cups rice
- Honey
- Garlic
- Ketchup
- Rice wine vinegar
- Chilli flakes
- Whatever veggies you desirePeas corn carrot beans broccoli ect
- Corn flour 2tps spoon
- Fried egg x6
- Garlic 4x large cloves
- Brown onion
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper ground
- Onion powder
- Soy sauce
- Spring onion
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- Honey
Method
- Dice your chicken and put into a big bowl. Add ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and soy sauce. Stir through well and let it sit.
- Cook up some diced bacon and diced brown onion in a pan till golden then set aside.
- Cut up the spring onion and seperate the white harder parts with the soft parts
- Cook your fried egg with the white parts of the spring onion, then set aside
- Add your cooked rice (day old cooked rice works best but either way) into a bit pan then add all your ingredients and stir through the rice on a low heat.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil and mix through well tasting as you go.
- Mix in a bowl your sauce,Add rice wine vinegarKetchup (tomato sauce)Crushed garlicSoy sauceHoney
- Brown your chicken in a pan once browned add your sauce and continue to cook add some corn flour which is optional to thicken up the sauce.
- Mix the green parts of the spring onion through then add your chicken on top with some sesame seeds for the final touch.
