Ingredients
- Honey Soy Chicken Skewers 375g
- 250g Rice Sachet (I like the special fried rice)
- 300g Coleslaw Packet
- Avocado
- Kewpie Japanese Dressing Roasted Sesame 210mL
Method
- Heat up a pan to medium-high heat and cook chicken to packet instructions. I like to take the chicken off the skewer and cook in multiple pieces.
- When chicken is almost finished, heat up rice to packet instructions.
- Serve rice and chicken with half an avocado in each bowl, a handful of coleslaw and drizzle of the roasted sesame dressing.
