Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free soy sauce
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Golden Syrup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp chilli poweer
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 kg of chicken thigh
- Skewer sticks
Method
- Soak the skewer sticks for minimum of 10 minutes in water
- Cube the chicken
- Put soaked skewers through the chicken. Leave space between each chicken for heat to reach them during cooking.
- Mix all the other ingredients to make the marinade.
- Put the chicken skewers into an oven tray and put the marinade over. Wait at least a few hours.
- If you have a grill running, grill! Or put in the oven at 220 degC. Cooking time is at least 25 min.
