Ingredients
- 2x Honey soy chicken kebabs
- 1x 125g cup of microwave rice
- Grated carrot
- Cucumber
- Canned Edamame
- Seaweed
- Kewpie mayo 50% reduced fat
- Spring onion
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Cook chicken for 15mins until brown.
- Chop cucumber, grate carrot, and slice spring onion.
- Heat rice in microwave for 40sec
- Place rice in centre of bowl, and layer the veggies around it. Add edamame.
- Add cooked chicken and seaweed.
- Squeeze generous serve of kewpie mayo. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion on top.
