Ingredients
- 225g of Singapore Noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Abc Chilli Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 150g Enoki mushroom
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 150g bacon
- Chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic to the taste
Method
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add sliced bacon and Inoki mushroom cooked through. Remove the bacon and mushroom from the pan and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Abc Chilli Sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok, then add the onion and garlic. Fry until they turn golden in colour. Next, add the sliced bell pepper.
- Add the bacon, mushroom, and the prepared source and mix on medium heat.
- Add the noodles and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped coriander
- Serve the Hot n Spicy Singapore Noodles hot.
